I wish to express my great satisfaction with the service carried out by your team sent to me, yesterday February 14th. I’ve worked with many different contractors in various professions but have to say that these two guys went above and beyond. The sewers around my house were particularly tricky to access and inspection covers in neighbouring gardens were landscaped over and inaccessible. This didn’t stop them though. They managed to relay their remote equipment from a different access point at a distance over 70m and locate the correct T-junction using the green dye. Their willingness to help solve this on going problem on a late Friday afternoon when any other contractor would of been long gone was much appreciated. Please forward my gratification to your team.

A part of my role is to assess the work conducted on Non-Civils jobs and determine if the crew has completed their work. If so I’ll ‘third party check’ the IRF after making any necessary adjustments so payment will be released for the job. The feedback on the above jobs by your crews was outstanding.
