Manholes provide useful direct access to drains below. Unfortunately, in some cases manhole inspections are difficult and almost impossible without the right equipment and training.

All manhole surveys are carried out in accordance with the WRC Model Contract Document for Manhole Location Surveys and Production of Record Maps (STC25) and can be presented in many different formats ranging from digital reports, including site photographs and sketches to scanned copy of a site sheet ready to be directly imported to modelling software so our clients can see any deterioration and current condition of their manhole chambers on their networks.

We use GPS equipment to record Easting, Northing and Cover Level of our surveyed manholes.
